| Citizen's guide to the draft Constitution To coincide with the publication of Parts I and II of the final draft Constitution, Futurum has created a special section explaining the Treaty drawn up by the Convention.
A citizen's guide to the draft Constitution and a Powerpoint presentation showing the major changes introduced by the draft Constitution may be consulted at: http://europa.eu.int/futurum/comm/index_en.htm. Only the French and English versions are available at the moment. However, translations in the other nine official languages of the European Union shortly thereafter.
