About Constitutional-Convention.net and the Youth Contact Group
Constitutional-Convention.net provides information and comment about the Convention on the Future of Europe. The site is run by the Young European Federalists (JEF-Europe). By providing the most comprehensive site about the Convention, apart from the official pages, we aim hope to give young people the opportunity and the information to participate in this important debate. Visitors are encouraged to subscribe to the 'Convention Bulletin', a fortnightly summary of the main developments on the road to a European Constitution. The site is run by a europe-wide network of volunteers from JEF.
The website is part of the JEF-Europe project 'Europe! A Generation Ahead' which aims to
help fulfil one of the first goals of the Convention - to bring Europe closer to the people. Thanks to two major events, more than 100 debates across Europe, multimedia presentation and this website, the project will take the debate about the future shape of the European Union to many thousands of young people from Lisbon to Tallinn, Stockholm to Skopje.
Content on these pages is provided by JEF-Europe and the member organisations of the Youth Contact Group, an umbrella group of youth NGOs and political parties who have been working together to agree common standpoints concerning the work of the Convention.

As the Convention has come to an end, this website will no longer be regularly updated. The site will remain live as a record of the work that was conducted by the Convention. We encourage you to visit the new JEF-Europe campaign website, Give Europe A Face:
