Guidelines for the exhibition
|
|
- Objectives: - To be used by all
sections to support their activities
- To raise awareness on topics related to
the Future of Europe
- To address people, particularly young
people, who do not know well the issues
related to the EU and its future
Þ this is an evolutionary
exhibition which can be adapted to your
context and your event.
- All the posters and
the links to download them.
We have prepared a framework which consists
of posters printable in large size. It would
be better to enlarge the posters otherwise
they will be difficult to read (at least
A3 format).
In the following table, you will find the
references for the documents we have prepared
for each part of the exhibition. You can
download these documents on the website.
|
|
For the third part (3.2-3.2.1-3.2.2-3.2.3),
you are free to do what you want:
- You can use the third part of the exhibition
to present your section, past and future
events.
- You can present the events which have
already been organised by other sections
all around Europe and JEF Europe.
Last but not least, our objective is to
present your event to other sections in
including it in the exhibition (preparation,
event and results). We would therefore be
grateful if you can send us all kind of
materials related to it (leaflets, posters,
pictures, newspaper articles, etc.)
As an example we have prepared posters
related to the event which took place in
Brussels, you can stick up these posters
if you want and follow the same framework
if you like it!
- How to present the exhibition?
Here is a proposal for how you present
the posters! It will help you to know in
which order you can display the posters.

| - In addition…
Remark!!!
You can add other posters and put leaflets
related to the exhibition besides what we
have prepared. For example a lot of material
is available locally, at the offices of
the EU Institutions or at EU Info Points.
- see on: http://www.europa.eu.int/geninfo/info/contact/local/index_en.htm-.
You can also ask for documents from your
governments (local, regional and/or federal)
or from embassies.
IMPORTANT:
- Make sure that the support of the European
Union and the flag are visible on the prints.
- Take care of the credits on the documents.
If you use outside documents, indicate the
source.
