European affairs officer in Bavaria's representation in Bonn (1989-1993). Member of Commissioner Schmidhuber's private office in Brussels (1993-1995). Section head of the European affairs division in the Bavarian state chancellery in Munich (1995-1999).
Publications:
Publications on European law and politics. Has lectured at the University of Bayreuth. Member of Zukunftsforum Oberfranken (Upper Franconia forum for the future).
