Small countries to unite on future of EU debate

Small countries in the EU are on the move. They are trying to get themselves heard in the debate on the future of Europe. An initiative by the Greeks, who will be holders of the EU presidency in the first half of next year, sees seven small countries meet to discuss reaching a "common understanding" on a future EU.
