British Think-Tank thinks EU Constitution would be "End of Britain"

The euro-sceptic Centre for Policy Studies has urged the UK government to put the results of the Convention to a referendum. Its report stated "The issues raised are so fundamental that the case for a referendum is unanswerable" and has suggested that if the UK signed the Constitution this would be the end of Britain.
