June 11, 2003 The Convention at the crossroads of history, by Giacomo Filibeck The debate in the Convention has finally reached a crossroads where a clear political choice has to be made between reinforcing or diluting the european integration process. Today, this has to be done, because history has taught us that the opportunity can be lost once again.
